It seems like everyone and their grandmother is pushing some type of off-brand suspension product these days! Some companies offer their own limited line of kits and components. Some dealers will substitute, without your knowledge, these lesser quality and not-to-specification parts. Also, attempts have been made to counterfeit Superlift products on more than one occasion. Frequently the substitution and / or fraudulent product is not discovered until the vehicle owner contacts us with a product fit, failure, or ride quality problem.
Here is how to ensure that you get what you expect... 100% Superlift Quality!
- Tell your dealer specifically that you want 100% Superlift.
- Compare his invoiced part numbers to our cataloged part numbers.
- Inspect each component for the proper Superlift part number. Individual brackets and leaf springs have our part number stamped or labeled onto the part.
- All Superlift components are powdercoated black or plated in yellow Zinc.
- Look for the trademarked Superlift logo on product packaging and in the installation instructions.

|
| PACKAGING IDENTIFICATION - Superlift boxes feature one of our logos (classic logo shown), with two broad stripes. A computer generated part number label is adhered to one, or both, ends of the box. We also use plastic blister packaging that likewise will feature a Superlift logo. We do not "brown box" any products. |

|
| INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS IDENTIFICATION - Every product we distribute includes installation instructions. If these are not included, chances are the product isn't genuine Superlift. Our letterhead (see above) appears on the first page. This letterhead contains our oval logo, the form number, and our contact information. The last page contains an "Insist on 100% Genuine Superlift" notice. |

|
| LEAF SPRING IDENTIFICATION - Superlift leaf springs are made in Canada or India. An adhesive label, yellow with black text (as shown), is located on top of the main leaf. Superlift does not use stenciled (painted) numbering. |
